The Electron Security Squadron Complex of the Utah Air National Guard has two main purposes of both maintenance and office space. The building is 13,000 square feet and has a masonry structure. The roof is joist and deck with a built up roofing system, while the interior is metal framing with drywall. Inside are two large sealed concrete work bays. Interior offices are finished with vinyl composition tile carpet flooring and acoustical ceilings. Included in the structure are men’s and women’s locker rooms complete with showers, lockers, benches and tile finishes. Extensive site work including 20,000 square feet of asphalt parking and landscaping were completed.
