Phase I: Built in 1997, this project includes 96 units on one acre in downtown Salt Lake City. The four-story apartments are constructed with a wood frame and brick stucco exterior. The project consists of 32 low-income housing tax credit units and 64 marked rate units

Phase II: Built in 1999, this project includes 149 units and a 4000 square foot daycare facility built on two acres. The project consists of one level of underground parking and five stories of residential housing, four of which were wood frame construction while one story was block construction. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness facility.
