This 11696 square foot building includes a 3800 square foot ambulance and apparatus bay. Living quarters feature seven dorm rooms, a fully functioning kitchen/dining area, a laundry facility, four tiled restrooms complete with showers, a weight room, a recreation room, decontamination room and equipment/supply storage. A front lobby, conference room, a 34’ x 24’ stamped concrete patio and a total of six offices round out the project. The structural masonry building features 33’ high concrete bay walls and a fully shingled roof. Finish elements include resilient tile, carpet, finished concrete floors, and acoustical ceiling tile.  A fully modernized exhaust evacuation system is a unique element included in the project
